Last night, Mitchel Musso, best known for his role as Oliver Oken on Hannah Montana, was arrested in Burbank, CA for drunk driving.

The cops pulled him over around 3:43 AM, after he failed to slow down for officials directing traffic for an unrelated accident. When the police approached Mitchel's vehicle, a 2007 black Mercedes Benz, a "strong order of alcohol" was wafting out of the car, so he was immediately asked to step out. He then failed a field sobriety test with flying colors and when given a breathalyzer test, he blew well above the .08 legal limit.

Oh, and did we forget to mention ... he's only 20-years-old! So, not only was he arrested for suspicion of DUI, but he's also probably going to get nabbed for underage drinking.

Such a proud day for his parents!
